Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations distributors of electrical equipment, such as Sportsmoto Ltd , have a legal duty to take such equipment back when it becomes waste (called 'WEEE'). Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in <days> business days. International orders are generally received in under <days> days.

We are not responsible for accidental damage to the product in transit or loss in transit by the shipping company. We will on your behalf track parcels and do our best to help with lost parcel location

Up to 7 Days warranty we request our customers to carry out small minor warranty repairs. Sportsmoto Ltd will supply the new parts required; however we still require customers to fit the new parts supplied. We may require the old parts returned to us, an e-mailed photograph would often suffice to back up a warranty claim. If we do need the parts returning it will be at the customers cost to ship the defective parts to us.

The Warranty does not cover. damage like scratches. using the item in extreme conditions.

We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components. Fuses must be used with all electrical components where indicated (example: speed controllers).
